Refund, transfer, and retake policy.
PASS Public Adjuster School wants students to understand class options before registering for the September 24–25, 2026 exam prep class.
Retake class option
Students who attend the class and do not pass may attend a future class again at no additional class tuition charge. This retake option is not a guarantee of exam results, licensing approval, or state approval.
Transfers
Students may request to transfer from in-person attendance to live virtual attendance with at least 72 hours notice. Students may also transfer their seat to another person by contacting the school before class.
Class cancellation or rescheduling
If the class does not run as scheduled, registered students may choose the available rescheduled class option or request their money back.
Study guide purchases
The Study Guide & Materials purchase is a standalone digital study resource delivered by email. It is also included with class registration. It does not include actual exam questions.
